    I represent and write on behalf of GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS LIMITED (“GWRL”). GWRL is the owner of the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS® trademarks. The GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ “star and pedestal” logo is a registered trademark in the United States, the United Kingdom and many other countries around the world.

    It has come to our attention that the website at http://guinnessworld-records.blogspot.com/2009/06/guiness-world-record-sampaguita.html features the title ‘Guinness Book of World Records’ without authorization or license from GWRL. Use of the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ trademark without permission constitutes trademark infringement.

    Therefore we kindly ask http://guinnessworld-records.blogspot.com/2009/06/guiness-world-record-sampaguita.html to respond to GWRL in writing by no later than 17.00 on Monday, 15 June, 2009 to confirm the following:

    • That http://guinnessworld-records.blogspot.com/2009/06/guiness-world-record-sampaguita.html has removed all GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ copyright and trademarked material.

    If GWRL does not hear from http://guinnessworld-records.blogspot.com/2009/06/guiness-world-record-sampaguita.html by 17.00 GMT on Monday, June 15, 2009, please be advised that GWRL shall take whatever action is necessary to protect the reputation, trade marks and other intellectual property of GWRL.
